The disassembly of the pump
1. When the shaft end coupling is removed, if it is found that the coupling is too tight, you can gently knock it out with a copper rod or remove it with a disconnector. Do not hammer it violently.
2. Remove the gland at the pump shaft end, and then remove the flexible graphite ring or mechanical seal.
3. Remove the front and rear covers, and then remove the gasket.
4. Remove the bearing seat and take out the main and driven shaft gears.
5. Remove the thrust nuts on the main and driven shafts, and take out the left and right gears.
6. Remove the safety valve: first remove the protective cap, gasket and nut, and then select the adjusting bolt. Remove spring and safety valve core. Remove body and gasket.
Two, the pump inspection
After disassembly, each part shall be inspected. If any wear and tear is found, the parts shall be repaired or replaced before reassembly.
Three, the pump reassembly
The order of assembly is opposite to that of disassembly. Also pay attention to the following points:
1. All parts shall be inspected and qualified before assembly.
2, into the pump body parts must be cleaned, and coated with lubricating oil, assembly shall not bring any debris and dirt.
3. When assembling upper and lower bearings and main and passive gears, the thickness difference between each pair of bearing pedestal and each pair of gear shall not be greater than 0.005mm.
4, the gap on both sides of the gear should be adjusted with gaskets, the gap is too large and easy to backleak, which reduces the efficiency; Too small is easy to make the pump temperature rise too high or bite dead.
5. Assemble flexible graphite ring or mechanical seal ring with special sleeve. Flexible graphite must be handled with care. It is strictly forbidden to touch and use in order to prevent fragmentation or deformation.
6. After the assembly, the gear should be turned by hand without uneven weight or urgent adjustment.
